This is a beautiful location but the road leading up to the property is very steep and heavily rutted. A four wheel drive vehicle can make it easily (a rented mini van, not so much). The house is like being at a relative's house-there are lots of family photos, mismatched dishes, broken light switches and heaters, and shoes piled up by the doors. The information at the house provided by the homeowner is three handwritten pieces of paper that are not particularly clear. The house is very big with lots of bedrooms but the dishwasher is gone and we were instructed not to use the shower in the basement. We could not use our cell phones, the internet connection was poor, and the land line did not allow us to complete a call to the contact number for emergencies. When we did reach the owner, they were unconcerned about the condition of the road and did not offer any solutions.

Host was amazing! Very communicative, and quick to respond to any questions I may have had. Will definitely recommend to staying here!! Not to mention the view was so beautiful and so peaceful. Will definitely be booking again!!

Even I confirmed with property manager for snow clearing outside the building, the unit was full of snow and can’t approach. I fall down when I walked to the building and there’s no parking space. The stairs and routes were full of high as my knees snow, so I can’t open the door. They asked me to stay there but I was already very scared. There’s no credit. I continued to contacting with the agent everyday and they said they were waiting for the property manager make the decision. The truth is they are waiting for Airbnb order completion and refused to refund me. Big lier

The home was great! We stayed in February, during the winter, and it was easy to access as roads were plowed. interior was clean and well kept. MINOR COMPLAINT: The area has NO cell service. We were unaware of this and had not received the entry code prior to our arrival. With no cell service we couldn't check email either. Had to drive to Panguitch Lake Resort, borrow thier Wi-Fi, and get the entry code. Anyone planning a stay, ensure you have the entry code before you drive up the mountain. Other than the issue with the entry code, everything was great and we will definitely come again!
