Had a great 2 days and nights. Lots of birds and flora and amazing trees. Monkeys are super smart to be very smart when eating outside or making a BBQ. Great hosts, and super friendly.
Very friendly and prompt communication with the owners and manager, a lot of space for a fair price, well equipped for self catering, and nature's valley is just awesome. only downside which I think worth mentioning b/c some ppl might also have a problem with it: the rented space is rather dark, cold and clammy. we did not enjoy being inside, especially in the evenings and nights. we had no rain days - lucky! especially the master bedroom has a moldy climate to it, my brother had the individual unit and said the same. obviously it's a jungly area, but so are others, and the house being not the most modern and the space being on ground floor probably does the rest. if you don't mind that - it's a really good deal in a wonderful environment!
Our stay was not completely pleasant in the house. When we arrived towels were still soaking and drying outside in wet weather (would have never dried without that damp smell). The kitchen was not very clean, got a dirty oven pan in the oven, the glasses were greasy in the cupboard and cups had old coffee stains on the inside. Place smelled like mould due to wet carpets across the place. Knowing Natures, I know it can be a problem getting things dry. However I feel when you run a airbnb there are certain basics which must be in place. Apart from the above our stay was fairly good.
This was very nice and quiet place ideal for discovering surroundings.
What a beautiful spot to stay. Wish we had more time!
