Very hot during the day at night cooled down just a little.. not worth the price. Had another room upstairs that was much cooler

This room was just what we needed after a long day or traveling and having to get up early the next day for the next leg of our travels. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Restaurants are within walking distance, making it a great location.

Room was terrible smelled bad ,and dirty. Was very hot 79 degrees when we came turned air down to 63 spoke with Tina said ac was controlled by thermostat in room cause room was on a separate system. Came back 5 hours later room was 77 degrees still called Tina she said heat wasn’t on but she won’t turn air on as it’s 50 degrees outside to open the street level window and stick something in it to keep from being opened from outside. Also then backtracked and said the ac is for the whole building so she won’t turn on.

The perfect place to stay if you want that small town feel. Great location, excellent pricing, and a fantastic group of people who run both the pub and the inn. So glad I stumbled upon this listing because it really rounded out my trip to Massachusetts. Thank you guys!
