This small & cozy 2 bed cottage is set in the village of Hempton, ideal for couples and small families it is located approx 10min walk to Fakenham town centre. Fakenham is a lovely market town with plenty of local amenities including some great places to eat. The property is equipped with the comforts you’ll need for a great stay, with parking available on Bakery Court which is a short walk through to Oak Row. Free WI-FI. Great pub & lake around the corner. Parking adjacent to the property. 2 bed property ideal for couples, main double room with a brand new double bed, second room also equipped with a new single bed. Washing machine and line facility available.

Lovely spot at a sensible price and a great base for me and my dog. Excellent dog walks from the house.
I stayed at Jason’s place with my dad and his dog and we all agreed that it was lovely. The house is cozy, clean, and tidy—but not precious or untouchable like some places. We felt like we could really live like a local and enjoy the area. I had stayed at Jason’s place a couple of years ago with a friend, and it was just as nice. I recommend it. Top tip: the garden center up the road had great food. It also had a few tables set aside for dogs and owners.

Lovely, warm little cottage. Very clean. The bed was soooo comfortable we slept very well. Very peaceful and quiet. Absolutely worth to stay there.

Fakenham has a great weekly market and auction on a Thursday
