Best AirBNB ever??? The location is just outside the main part of Palisade. Far enough to appreciate the orchards and feel secluded, close enough to be anywhere around Palisade within minutes. The orchard surrounding the rental makes for a tranquil retreat! The unit itself was spacious, modern, and functional. It's hard to believe that entire home was hand-built because it's so well finished, but that actually reveals that the entire property was and is a labor of love. It is the perfect blend of updated amenities with a rustic look. The homeowner, Joe, was incredibly helpful. He reached out ahead of my arrival with very personalized advice AND made time to follow-up on a very unique specific request that I made. Throughout my stay, he was responsive to my communications, couldn't ask for a more responsive host.

Very nice and quiet place. Great location for a stay to visit the area and check out all the great wineries and fruit stands. Host was available if anything was needed however we had no problems whatsoever. Recommend this place 100%

Hello everyone who is new to Air BnB like I am. Evolve has Air BnB's places that are locked into a policy of no refund and doesn't allow you to get your money back if canceled sooner than 14 days. I booked a stay and noticed there was a cheaper stay available a few minutes later. Because my booking wasn't yet accepted, I canceled it and booked the cheaper one. The next day my I found that card was charged for both stays. I was only refunded the fees. The host and resolve center could not make exceptions and would not give me my 700.00. They need to change the policy to refund a cancelation if made before the booking is accepted as this doesn't interfere with your scheduling affairs. We did have an excellent stay with the place we ended up staying.

We loved staying here! The place was clean and decor was minimal and the views were very special. Communications with owner was great when we arrived and during our stay. We never understood if it was Airbnb or what, but “Evolve” communication was frustrating. We loved this sweet little town. Beds comfy, kitchen well equipped, nice washer/ dryer, nice seating inside and out. Pleasant mountain breezes were icing on the cake!
