The place wasn't bad. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are just a bit out dated, and for having a kitchen I had no plates or utensils which made my stay more difficult than I'd hoped. Great food too

I have lived in Tulsa for over 20 years. The Mayo has always been our go-to destination for special occasions, from corporate events to bachelorette parties, and weddings. So we could not think of a better place to spend our 10th Wedding Anniversary at The Mayo. Complete disappointment. At check-in, the person at the concierge barely made eye contact, not even a smile. When we entered our room, the thermostat was set at 75 and it felt like 80. We turned it down but the room never cooled off. The basic hospitality amenities are lacking. No USB ports, no napkins, a kitchen with no trash bin or liner. We typically bring our own toiletries but since this was just an overnight, we packed light. No body wash or bath soap. There was only one sliver of hand soap which my husband let me have, he decided to just wait to get home to have a proper shower. No shower caps, literally the place is bare bones. Not worth the $378.00 for one night.

This place is amazing! The location was perfect. My husband and I spent the weekend for a short honeymoon. We plan on coming back often.
