Beautiful house with stunning views, situated by a lake. Here you come to relax, unwind and explore the beautiful nature around you. Located in a quiet area. There are plentiful of lakes in the area, perfect for fishing and swimming. You are surrounded by forests which are perfect for hiking and foraging berries and mushrooms. By car its is about 20 minutes drive to the larger communities like Svenljunga, Skene, Kinna or shopping mecca "Gekås" in Ullared, and just over an hour to Gothenburg! The house is spacious with three bedrooms, a family room and a bathroom upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have double beds (160cm) and the third have a day bed which can fit two guests if pulled out. The family room has a sofa bed for your additional convenience. The bathroom has a bath. Downstairs hosts a large entrance hall; a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table; a spacious living room with fantastic view over the lake and a cosy fireplace for extra ambience and feel good vibes (and warmth). In connection to the living room is the dining room with a large dining table (6-8 people). In the downstairs bathroom You'll find the shower. there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer (we will provide two washing detergent capsules per week) The house is beautifully decorated in a Scandinavian modern but cosy style! Outside you have the decking in direct contact to the house, perfect to spend warm summer evenings with a glass of wine looking out at the stunning scenery. In November 2020 we added a wood fired Sauna and Hot Tub and extended the decking. These can be enjoyed all year round! A perfect way to take advantage of the beautiful scenery around the house in any weather condition. Even on the coldest winter days you can spend time outside, being warm and comfortable between the sauna and the hot tub. If you fancy doing it the proper Swedish way - you need to roll in the snow for a few seconds ( if there is any of course ) before choosing if you want to get warm in the sauna or the hot tub again! There is also a grass lawn surrounding the house, and berry bushes growing in the garden. This house is one of two houses situated on the hill overlooking the lake so peace and tranquility is to be expected. Because of its location and the fact that we wish to be respectful to our neighbour our house is not suitable for parties or loud music.
