Overall I had a very nice stay at Summer’s place! It was right by the beach, which doesn’t seem to have too many people use, the mini kitchen set up was great, the place itself was pretty clean and had everything you’d need. When anything came up I could message Summer and she would respond pretty quickly, and even resolved an issue we had within hours. We didn’t use it but she also provided snorkeling gear and beach chairs. It was a home away from home kind of feeling. There were plenty of clean towels, and even beach towels which we didn’t need but it was nice to have in case we did. It was pretty quiet, one night neighboring kids got loud but nothing too crazy. It’s also in a great location as Safeway, Ross, and several food places were right across the street.

The location was good. You could walk to the beach behind the unit. The small kitchen was nice to have but the hot plate took a bit to cook food. The neighbors were loud. Guests from other rentals kept trying to get in our unit because they only looked at unit numbers, not the letter after the unit number.

Cozy suite. Close to the beach. Had everything we needed. Summer and her suite met our needs.

We stayed here during our recent trip to Kauai. We chose it for it's convenient location, which was an easy drive to the other parts of the island. Plenty of food options nearby, and loved how close this was to a Safeway, ABC Store, and an ice cream shop! The place had everything we needed for a great stay - especially loved having the beach chairs. The space felt clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfy, and the beach steps away was easy and perfect to lay out on. We'd love to stay here again next time. Thanks, Summer!

Central location, lots of food nearby. It’s on the main road that takes you both north and south which is really nice. Quiet neighbors. Room has beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and beach towels so you don’t have to rent them out at the beach. Room is warm and humid upon arrival, but the AC works well once you’re inside. I would stay here again if I’m ever back on the island :)
