Such a great location! Central to all the things! We had a wonderful time walking each morning…. Even had the opportunity to see some seals on the beach! So sweet! The resort isn’t super updated but the space was wonderful and it really had everything we needed. Beautiful pool area and having the shops and restaurants so close was a huge plus. It was really everything we needed… especially for a last minute booking!

We enjoyed out stay here. The location is excellent. Having the ocean right outside the door and a pool for the kids was perfect. There a multiple food options close including some in walking distance. As noted in other reviews, the facilities are old but clean. Our room had a musty odor. For the cost I wasn’t expecting anything better.

Awesome experience overall. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Bianca’s condo for 3 days. It is on the Wyndham timeshare resort. The exact condo is assigned by the Kauai Coast Resort property. We requested a ground floor unit and it was available as well. The assigned condo was garden facing and the beach was just a few yards. The location was excellent and next to the coconut shopping center which has several shops and restaurants. The condo kitchen has all the required utensils. The place is extremely safe with easy parking. The property is in Kappa which makes it easy to get to Poipu beach on the south and the excellent north shore beaches. We are extremely pleased and will definitely stay here again. I would definitely prefer to book it through Bianca. She is a super host.

This place has all you need. Much more room than expected. Plenty of towels and all the things you need. Good amount of places within walking distance as well. Overall a great place.

You’re not necessarily guaranteed any one specific room (with or without a balcony) since it’s a time share/hotel location, but all rooms seem similar in layout and it was perfect for our group of 5 friends. Very clean and simple with a fantastic central pool/hot tub area.
