Renter beware. The villas, the ones that are not condemned, are extremely old and not well maintained. Rusted water fixtures, rusted mirrors, mold around the bathtubs, stained furniture. We moved the couch and under it was old food, rocks, dirt. Disgusting. We had to cover the furniture with towels because everything had a dirty feel. When we asked for extra towels they told us we had to wash the one we had. The bathtub clogged the first day. The washer was broken, the refrigerator was missing screws. If I was told the truth about the property I would have been able to make an informed decision to rent or find another place.
Perfect place for our stay in Kauai. Great spacious condo that allowed for us to come in and relax and have privacy and plenty of space to enjoy ourselves. Would definitely stay here again!
