We had a great stay! It was nice to come back to a full kitchen and place to just relax. We loved having the fireplace on while we watched football! Will definitely be back!

This place is exactly like photos. Unit we stayed in is just next to lake so expect mosquitoes in summer.. They provided enough utensils, pots, pans, glasses for 6 adults and 4 kids. All bedding was comfortable. I just do not like the arrangements of room. Top rooms do not have any privacy. No door. It is just an open loft. AC in one unit never worked. Portable AC unit in kitchen can not be moved since it is attached to window. It was really hot outside and so in that unit. Very uncomfortable to even work in kitchen. Sleep in bedrooms. Plus all downstair bedroom has bad ventilation. They feel like congested and very small. For AC issue, we were providing with Fan when complained. I was told in message that people who rents this place will buy their own fan!!!! Wait., then don’t mention you have air conditioner in your listing. But we got a fan from maintenance person who came to unclog the toilet, change light bulbs in one of the bathroom. There is a ridiculous note - to wash all the towels. All the airbnb I stayed in, and this is a first time I saw this note. Then why are you charging cleaning fees this much? We tried putting all the towels used in washer, but washer is too small. Deck was also not cleaned. Outrageous pet fee.. my dog is hypoallergenic dog, never sheds and stayed in one room but I had to pay 125$. All in all, it was mix experience. I wish we could have stayed in a hotel.

Very nice and clean ! Spacious and open floor plan family trip was a blast!

They say this is waterfront property but it is a little bit of a stretch. The complex is near Lake Taneycomo but this particular unit is on the end away from the water. They also say they will give you activity tickets when you get this unit. What they mean is you had better read the small print. They give you one ticket for your whole group.

The location is convenient to Branson or Silver dollar city, price is steep around December but maybe summer prices are more competitive.
