L'appartement donne sur cour et il est très calme. il offre de belles prestations ! Propre, bien équipé, avec le bureau de Central Appartement au rdc en cas de besoin ou conseils. Parfait !

we stayed here for 7 nights, 3 people. we managed to access the apartment earlier than original check-in time (which was great since our arrival time at the airport was noon). the apartment was very clean (barely any dust on the white slippers that I was wearing). the unit was facing the inner courtyard so it was very quiet aside for the occasional sounds from neighbors. The apartment is very spacious. Nice to be able to do laundry and dry them at the dining/sun room (also for wet towels). The shower water heater was a bit 'quirky' as it takes a while to turn on (you can see/hear it from the kitchen). you might have to turn your water on/off during your shower. we liked our stay here. the neighborhood is nice with all the trees and pedestrian walking streets. easy access to multiple metro and bus lines. By the time we checked out, some units were getting renovated, but the noise were more during the day.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It felt bigger than the pictures suggested. It was clean, bright, great air flow, elevator (if needed), stairs when you wanted the exercise. Surrounding area had lots of wonderful restaurants and cafes, close proximity to the University where our daughter is studying for a semester, and easy access to public transportation when needed. The surrounding area felt safe and the apartment was quiet. Check in and out was easy and clearly explained. We were contacted by Enrique 24 hours before check out for reminders and to see if we needed anything. He offered to set up a taxi for us for our 3:45am airport trip - which we were so grateful for! The taxi was at our front door at 3:40am. We had a wonderful visit to Barcelona! We would absolutely return to the Central Apartments.

Nagyon élveztük az itt eltöltött időt. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A lakás nagyon szép és tiszta, rendezett. Legközelebb is szívesen jövünk ide.
