There is a full bathroom in the basement where the laundry is. Smoking allowed in backyard only. The room has a desk for you to be able to do any work. There is access to the laundry in the basement. My son and a renter live upstairs with a dog. The first floor are two airbnb rooms and there is a renter in the basement.
