It was a great stay at Helen's place. The best thing was the location of the house which is just walkable distance to the CPH airport. There are nearby pizza shops, sandwiches and burger restaurants, coop 365 discount supermarket available near the house. The house was clean and the self-check-in process made us feel comfortable. Although I have an issue with the WIFI signal, Helen was so nice and she fixed it immediately. So, I was really thankful. The one minor issue in that apartment was the kitchen. They provided induction stove and all, however, no proper exhaust system available, which made us to hesitate any spicy cooking. So we were unable to cook food, due to the smell and it might stay inside room for long time. Otherwise, kitchen and cooking facility, the stay was overall comfortable and very nice. I strongly recommend this place to those who prefer to stay near the Airport area.

We have had terrible experience at Helen’s place. We checked in around 6:30pm and noticed the toilet was clogged on our first use. We reported the issue to Helen immediately and asked to fix it. Helen told me to call her son. Her son arrived at the property almost 9pm and couldn’t fix the problem. He called pluming service. The plumber came after 10 pm and toilet was finally fixed close to 11pm. The work to fix the toilet generated a stench that filled the whole apartment. We had to open the windows and doors for a while. We could not get to sleep until close to midnight. We had a 6:20 am international flight next morning that we needed to get up at 3:30 am. We were not able to get good rests and sleeps at all. In addition to the toilet clogging, the bathroom appeared not well cleaned. There were dirty towels piled in a basket. The other problem was the internet in the apartment was barely usable. The internet source did not last for longer than 3 minutes before it was cut off. Ironically, I received a damage repair reimbursement request a couple days later from Helen that she wrongfully accused us caused her toilet clogging. Based on our terrible experience at Helen’s property, I don’t reaccommodate Helen’s property to anyone.

La mia esperienza è stata al disotto delle aspettative generate dalla lettura delle recensioni precedenti, sia in termini di pulizia che, in generale, nel rapporto qualità/prezzo. Internet assolutamente insoddisfacente con ripetitive cadute di linea che ne hanno reso impossibile l'utilizzo. In caso di famiglia numerosa e disponibilità auto suggerisco di utilizzare la stazione della metropolitana Femoren per raggiungere il centro città. Ampia disponibilità di parcheggi auto.
