What an amazing stay, our family really enjoyed this beautiful house with such a perfect backyard specialy having 2 pets its fence off and safe for them to run around. I will definitely be staying here again. The host was very welcoming and the home fit my family of six & 2 pets very comfortable.

My family visited from out of town, and this was a convenient location for them to stay at while touring around Eugene with me. The house was comfortable with all the amenities they could need, and my family enjoyed sitting on the front shaded patio. The backyard was plenty big for my family's two dogs to play in. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was a huge plus! There were a few items I shared with Joanna that I requested she convey to her cleaning crew that I thought they overlooked in their preparation of new guests arriving. Joanna was quick to respond that she would bring attention to this with the crew and graciously offered a refund of the cleaning deposit :-)

Joanna is a wonderful host and the home on Nicholas is a little gem. Our dog loved the nice backyard and we enjoyed sitting out.
