A beautiful spacious villa with lots of seating everywhere. Lovely pool to swim and chill. 3 large bedrooms with ensuites. Plenty of appliances in kitchen and a gas BBQ too. Relax on covered patio and can watch the wildlife from insects, birds, small lizards, cows, stoats etc. Great choice of restaurants and bars just across the road. Supermarket, bank and chemist only 2 minute drive by the Harbour. A fantastic stay and definitely would recommend. Car hire is recommend to visit other parts of island. Plenty to do and see.

The house is well designed with 3 en-suite bedrooms and a vast vaulted open plan living area and ample outside spaces to sit in either sun or shade - the pool is very well maintained and a joy to come back to after a busy day out. Jolly Harbour with its various restaurants and bars, excellent supermarket and access to the beach are only five minutes way by car. The star of the show for us was Alastair’s wonderful house keeper - Hazel. She was at the property when arrived and in constant touch by What’s App and was genuinely concerned for our well being. She is lady who inspires confidence so when the water supply failed one evening she was on the case and amazingly had a new pump installed before we returned home the next day. We thoroughly enjoyed the house although, as rather quiet people, and we did find the loud music from the bars across the road from the villa rather intrusive especially at 1.30 am mainly at the weekend.

Ffryes house was just wonderful we had absolutely everything we needed ! to be honest the house was even better than we thought the photos look great but it's even better , we a had a fabulous time I would highly recommend visiting here , Alistair and Hazel were just fabulous we couldn't ask for anymore ! so helpful at all times .The location is perfect beaches all walkable but also lots of taxis available if you don't have a car , literally across the road is six or so bar restaurants so no need to go to far Shanaz's curry house is we were we spent most evenings such a relaxed fun place with amazing food ! we had a fabulous time and really hope to visit again real soon ! Thank you so much Alistar , Hazel , Diane and Lava you made our stay just perfect 👌

The villa is exactly as described, wonderful outside space and the pool was fantastic, it was kept pristine with the pool guy coming every week. I will also add something that isn't in the description, the pool area has cool decking so the surface doesn't get hot which is a great feature. The house is in a great location with the beach being a 20/25 minute stroll and the grocery store 10/15 minutes. Hazel the agent that looks after the property is an absolute gem, this is our sixth trip to Antigua and by a country mile the best property manager we've had. She would texted often to make sure everything was ok. She went way above and beyond. Just to forewarn, there are a few restaurants across the road (not seen from the house) that can get a little loud at times. we stayed for the month of February and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Would love to return. My boys all enjoyed it and even helped keep the place up some. Thank you for a lovely experience. We felt welcomed and needed nothing more from the home than was provided.
