I had a good 2 months stay at Tim's place. The home is nicely decorated, spacious, and there's plenty of extra cleaning supplies and linens. The location was great, close to shopping, quick access to the interstate, and I felt safe during my entire stay. You can not beat the value, I wish I would have acted sooner so that I could have stayed longer. The only downside to my stay was all the barking from the neighborhood dogs. There's a dog behind the home that barks in the early and late hours of the day. If you're a light sleeper, you will definitely need ear plugs. But, despite the noise, I would stay again. What I enjoyed most was being able to park my car in the garage.

My sister and I rented Tim’s place in Irondale for the month of August, 2022, and enjoyed our stay there very much. The house was spacious, nicely furnished and well-supplied with household products. The beds were really comfortable, the water pressure was excellent and the on-demand hot water made showers a treat. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept, yet close to shopping centers and with easy access to the interstate system. We would happily stay there again, and can recommend it without hesitation.
