We would really recommend Robert place. At the beginning we thought that a better clean up could be done, but the apartment has everything that you may need. Well equiped kitchen, air conditioner, sheets and towels, etc. But the most enjoyable part is the garden and the swiming pool, cleaned every day and very well mantained. The area is very calm, at a walking distance of Playa Ocotal, but we really enjoyed driving to Playa hermosa.

El alojamiento es muy completo, tiene todo lo necesario para quedarse varios días. Todo se encuentró ordenado y limpio. Es una excelente opción para visitar las playas cercanas como Ocotal, Coco y La Penca. La piscina del lugar está en muy buen estado y es una excelente opción. Robert es muy responsable y amable.

We enjoyed our time at Sweet Dreams. It's simple and the pool is nice. The grounds are well kept. #28 is at the end of the units well off the road. It's the upper level with only one staircase from inside the complex (secure, with regulars staying in other units). There's a security guard on duty overnight. The windows face other buildings (out the back as well), but sitting on the balcony you can see some mountains to the East. The cows next door come to visit and appreciate any veg./fruit trimmings! Ocotal Beach is about a 20 min. walk (with a small hill in the middle), is quiet and has rock at each end to explore (walk/snorkel/dive). Only one restaurant, and a liquor/snack store. Coco beach is closer to an hour walk but has many shops and nightlife. Robert can rent you bikes and maybe even a car. Robert and Dylan were helpful with bringing items that were missing. Check with Robert to be sure some of the more specific items (hair dryer, iron) are there and they should accommodate.
