It was a nice place, big lawn to sit at night for star gazing. Caretaker "Sanket" was very helpful. Clean rooms and washrooms. Very good place for family stay.

This is a very beautiful near Pawna lake. You get the best view of lake from a good height. Sanket bhai was very helpful for completing check-in formalities and arranging food. He was always around to help us around. Property is private and spread across more than half acres and it has well maintained lawn and swimming pool which makes it best for family and friends to spend peaceful time. Pros 1. Swiming pool 2. Huge lawn 3. Easy parking upto 3 cars 4. Private property 5. Beautiful view 6. Kitchen with Microwave, Kettle and Fridge 7. Great food Cons 1. Nothing as such. just a suggestion if morendrinking water bottles could be as a complimentary (currently only providing 3 bottles)

Great property and very beautifully kept garden l. Nice location but not by the lake. Sunset is not visible from this side of the lake. For sunset view go for a boat ride which is nearby or book something in thakursai area. Great care taker very helpful.

Bharat’s property by Pawana lake is an awesome place for a quick getaway from the city. The home is as described in the listing. Pictures also describe the place perfectly. Sanket, the caretaker is an absolute blessing. He arranged delicious food from a nearby restaurant and was always a call away for anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place instead of the crowded Lonavala.
