Fairly well stocked with needed things in the kitchen. Excellent location to the places we needed to go to! Overall a very good experience! Good neighborhood. Close to a park! Was happy to have good size TV's after we finally figured out how to work them. Would highly recommend this rental to others.

Horrible experience and I have a feeling it’s far from over. House was surface cleaned at best when we arrived so I had to clean to make it feel… not gross. They use flat paint on the walls and it’s clear it’s a vacation home nobody really cares if they mark up the walls. Yellow stains from urine on the baseboards as it’s a pet friendly home (which the owner later blamed on us) and broken things throughout such as glass in the freezer. The cheap blinds they use fall down a lot obviously because they tape them and store them in closets for later. The furniture outside and on the deck have so many spiders and bugs on them it’s not comfortable to sit outside unless your willing to wipe everything down after paying several thousand dollars to stay somewhere lol the “fence” area you see is a joke IF YOU HAVE DOGS DO NOT expect to be able to let them out to run here. There’s a small dog run with a ghetto fence that’s broken in many spots. The pool is mediocre at best, there’s no main drain so the bottom gets super dirty and the water got cloudy after one use. It’s very dated and I hurt myself several times because it’s lumpy. Hard to explain. They came and cleaned it once during our near two week stay and it was still dirty when he left. They had an inspector coming into the home with incredibly short notice then he didn’t even show up until several hours later. Upon arrival the property manager claimed we had to do a walk through because it was protocol yet never followed through then called and me and told me it didn’t matter. I wish she had because she would have seen how disgusting it was so when we left it wasn’t blamed on us. I’ve never encountered such a rude and uncoordinated business operation. The sheet we didn’t sign when you get there says they charge for electricity. She told me she’s going to let me know what the cost of cleaning costs yet I paid a cleaning fee and have an excellent reputation for my departures. I did almost all of the laundry, cleaned the dishes and did exactly as instructed on the departure notes.

Great place!! Very roomy and comfortable!! The pool area was great!! We enjoyed eating dinner out there as a family. Take your fishing poles and fish right in the back yard!! It’s a little outdated, and definitely needs a very deep cleaning. They allow dogs, but there was so much dog hair everywhere! We spent half a day cleaning the place. The jacuzzi didn’t hold water, one of the master sinks didn’t drain, and the pool needed cleaned. We had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend!!! The house manager, Adam, was very helpful and friendly!
