We decided to take our 9 month old daughter to Fort Myers with family for our first vacation. After night one in a different Air BNB, we were forced to relocate due to a situation out of our control. We believe all things happen for a reason, blessing in disguise. The Cape Lakehouse was WAY better than the other place we had rented. Stu and Cathy were helpful and very responsive with all of our questions. They are the best hosts we've encountered in our Air BNB adventures. We have already talked about bringing more family back to the same house in the future. We felt right at home at this house. The house had a high chair and pack-n-play for our daughter, which is a huge plus for us! They knew of our situation from convo and were able to get us in an hour early for check in. Cleaning staff had the place very clean for us upon arrival. Fishing off the dock, clean heated saltwater pool, games in the garage, new pots and pans for cooking, the list goes on. 5 stars all around! Thank you!!!

The place was beautiful. My only complaint is that I had trouble getting in with the code. I also feel like if I have to pay for a cleaning fee then why did I have to wash the towels and strip the beds all before we have to leave at 10am. Otherwise the place was beautiful.
