Couldn't recommend more for the comfort, homeliness and proximity to public transport. Jie was a very friendly and responsive host, super accommodating with all our needs and overall, a very good and fairly priced stay. Would book again!

Jie's place was lovely and had everything we needed. The common areas were regularly cleaned throughout our stay and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. Jie was very friendly when we did cross paths.

Unfortunately the floor was dirty in our room and there were still cut fingernails on the floor in our sleeping room. We stayed 8 days there and there were more guests in the house, therefore, the bathroom and kitchen should have been cleaned every other day, but it wasn’t cleaned at all in this time. It was getting dirtier and dirtier. The train station was close by so we needed only 40 min into Melbourne which was nice.

It was a great place to stay, We stayed at this place for more than a week and has booked for another month. But we had to vacate within 2 weeks and Requested the refund for the 2nd booking for the full month we did with Jie and he was so understanding and agreed. Really appreciate him. Coming to House, Its Very closer to Woolworths and Moorabbin Station. We got the Big master Bedroom and it has all amnesties Jie Mentioned. It was a clean place, even kitchen was nice and had all items for us use. Clean and Neat bathrooms. There is also a backyard to do outdoor things. Overall experience was good at Jie's place. Thank you Jie for your accommodation.
