The apartment was modern and spacious, something you don't get too often in Paris. Absolutely loved it! Great location, with several local streets nearby that were little villages themselves, within the St Lazare area, giving you two contrasting aspects of living there. All the transport options you could possibly want within 2 minutes of the apartment.

Location is really good, the builiding is ok too. Apartment wasn't very clear, especially bathroom and kitchenware. Overall the place is fine, but we had a problem with broken shower. Host ignored the problem for the whole month, so we had to buy an access to the closest gym. So if something will be broken or you will need a promt answer from the host – you will be unpleasantly surprised, the answer can take up to several days (in our case he didn't answer for a week).

This was a great experience. The location is fabulous right down the street from Gare St Lazare. You are a mile from the Louvre, and have the big department stores like Galeries Lafayette and Printemps literally out your door. The location is well situated in an inner courtyard that has private security so you don’t have noise concerns. Good wifi speeds that allowed two people to videoconference at the same time. Areas of improvement include check-in experience, guest manual, ability to receive mail during our extended stay, and a bigger fan for hot summer days.
