Beautiful spot up the mountainside, but lots of restaurants/services nearby. The place was spotless and well-appointed. We had a great stay!

The bear wallow bungalow was just a little outside of town both Cave City and Horse Cave. Both locations contained destinations for our trip so it was nice that the bungalow was placed between them at a close distance. The bungalow itself was perfect for the little vacation my daughter and I took for spring break. While the space is small (it feels much larger on the inside) it was the perfect set up for the amount of time we were in it and not out exploring. My daughter especially loved the little loft bed it provided her a little privacy and space that felt all her own when we weren't eating or watching the TV together. The mornings at the bungalow were especially beautiful. The property felt very quiet and peacful. We only lacked for one thing and that was a bidet which we have at home and I think would be a great addition with the septic set up. Maria made some great suggestions for caves to see as we were unable to get tickets to anything in Mammoth Park.

This tiny home is super cozy, and was just what my daughter and I needed for a night of relaxation after a day of cave tours. I was pleasantly surprised how everything that I needed was in such a small space and organized so well, that it made the space seem so much bigger. We would definitely enjoy staying here again and wouldn't change a thing. Maria was so kind and even allowed me to check out the other property while I was on location for a possible future stay. Thank you Maria, for your hospitality.

My son and I very much enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and private while close to all the local attractions. Calyton-Maria have done an incredible job making the space what it is - full of decorative details and smartly used space so you have all you need. We really liked the double doors that opened to the screened in seating area. Overall a really nice experience.
