Located on the spectacular South Coast on the main island of Tonga this clean, modern and well equipped studio enjoys lots of natural light, a sea breeze, ocean front views (with whale spotting from June to October) and foot access to some stunning beaches and coastline. Just a 20 minute drive from the centre of Nuku’alofa and a 30 minute drive from the international airport. Car required. This property is only listed occasionally. This studio unit offers modern living with ocean front views and coastal exploring and relaxing! The unit shares 1/2 an acre of land with the owners house and is waterfront. Your fale (house) has a fully tiled floor and modern windows and doors with fly screens allowing for lots of natural light and a sea breeze. The Kitchenette has a fridge/ freezer, portable cook top, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, kettle and plunger along with basic requirements. Available by request is a Nespresso (byo pods), sandwich press, iron and ironing board and a fold out table and chair should you need a workspace. Breakfast is not supplied. Your bed is a quality comfortable queen, with bedding and towels provided. There is a ceiling fan above the bed. An extra freestanding fan is also available. The bathroom has an electric hot water shower. There is no other hot water in the unit but you do have an electric kettle/ jug to heat water easily for washing up. There is a small washing machine (cold wash only) and a washing line outside. Internet is supplied for general use. Although we do find it to be reliable and fast we do not guarantee its reliability and have installed it for guest convenience and not dependence. Outside you have a small private courtyard. There is also a shared space with a fire pit area should you wish to use this. We do not offer room service during your stay. Instead basic cleaning equipment and a washing machine is available for you to maintain cleanliness. Spare linen and towels are provided should you need a change during your stay.
