We could not have asked for a more cozy stay! The home is EXACTLY as pictured and very well kept. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The home is nestled minutes from downtown Charleston and minutes from the beach as well. We were able to enjoy both without much of a drive. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit the area. Evan was very attentive as well. This is our new must stay home when we visit the area!

We were so happy with our stay! Everything was clean, comfortable and so easy to navigate. The area is perfect for food and walkable entertainment but not far from anything else in the city you wanna see and do. Evan was an amazing host and it’s such a peaceful place. My mom sat on the front porch swing for hours and felt very relaxed after our weekend. Would stay here again!

Pros: Spotlessly clean. Good quality linen and towels. Very comfortable beds. Easy parking. Clear instructions. Good coffee machine. Cons: Near a main road. 15/20 minute drive/uber to town centre. Noise audible from residents in back area of property.

My friend and I didn't want to stay in downtown, and Evan's place is a perfect spot. It was quiet, there were grocery stores and restaurants all around, and it was just a 15 minute drive into the city center. The beach was also about 15-20 minutes away. The bedrooms were spacious and the living area provided plenty of room to stretch out. The coffee area, mini fridge and microwave allowed us space to store takeout food and have coffee and tea in the morning before heading out. Evan was very responsive before and during our stay, happy to answer any questions. I would recommend his place for others seeking a quiet home that is close to the city.
