Our stay at Collin’s house was effortless. Everything worked great and we didn’t need any hand-holding to check in or for anything during our stay. Collin supplied a booklet with everything we needed to know about the house — wifi, laundry, and even a quick run-down of the remotes! We’d jump at the chance to stay at Collin’s house next time we’re in Long Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at Colin and Kelly's place! It was just the right amount of space for the 3 of us. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed to cook in a couple of meals. We appreciated the location as it was within walking distance to the shops on 4th street as well as the beach. It was a short drive to many restaurants and Trader Joe's. We spent 2 days exploring LA and found it nice to stay outside the city, about 45 minutes to 1 hour from the places we wanted to see. We also visited Newport Bech and Huntington Beach, which were about 35 minutes the other direction. When we had questions, Colin and Kelly were quick to respond and always solved the issue. The Bungalow in Long Beach was a great home base for our visit!

We loved our stay, the area and how easy it was to communicate with the hosts before and during our stay. This is absolutely a place that I would rent again when back in the area.

We’ve stayed at several properties in the area while visiting family; this one is in a wonderful location on a quiet dead-end street and the off street parking is such a great amenity. We appreciated the washer and dryer on site, and the back patio is really great. Overall, we would definitely stay again.
