We were a group of 6 couples and 5 kids. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. It was very comfortable for all of us. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything that is needed for a big group. Also the kids had a great time playing multiple games as there is plenty of space around the house. Its a short drive from the downtown and also doordash delivers to the house. I would also like to give a shoutout to Jill, the house manager who was super helpful and very responsive to the questions we had. One of us forgot a massager at the house and the cleaning crew made sure that they informed us regarding the same. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend this place. Will be making this our annual trip location!

I just stayed here for an extended weekend for my wedding. We were able to get the whole wedding party to stay with us. It was awesome. We loved how spacious the place was and we really enjoyed the game room. Also loved how comfy the beds were. The AvantStay employees answered in a quick and timely manner anytime I had any questions. They were so friendly. If I had to say one negative it was that the floors were a little dirty from the moment we got there. Other than that I recommend this place highly. Thank you AvantStay Team!

On a positive note, the rooms were big and comfortable. The billiards room was especially appreciated by our group. The master bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents, it was on the ground level and easily accessible from the outside. Most of this house is on a single level which makes it a good choice for people with mobility issues. The pool was everyone's favorite part. It is large and there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and lots of pool towels. I also really liked the outdoor patio which is shaded and included lots of outdoor seating. The negatives had to do with communication- I received contradictory information regarding pets and less than a week before our trip I was told that the pool would be unavailable, then that changed, no reason was given. The biggest frustration was the AC which worked only in the downstairs bedrooms, except the bunkroom. It was 99 outside and 89 inside. My request for help was ignored for 24 hrs. We were eventually compensated for this.

I booked this place for my birthday and it was beautiful! We were a group of 18 people and it easily accommodated my group! The pool was large and we had so much fun on our pool day. It was our favorite day! Anytime we had questions, AvantStay was super reliable and quick to respond. Thank you!
