Would have preferred a second BR . However it was workable with 4 . A chair in living area would add to comfort . Dog was noted once on premises not sure if stray or back neighbor. Pets don’t bother me but if from back resident would be good to know dog maybe in yard.

Brandon’s place was a nice place to relax and unwind. We’d visited for a 5K/Fiesta but we all agreed that we couldn’t wait to get back to Brandon’s place because of how cozy it was. Thank you for renting us your place.

This house is well maintained, super cozy and comfortable. It is secured and we appreciate the car parking inside the gated premises. Kitchen and bedrooms are perfect for a small family. I stayed here 5 nights and the neighborhood is good, no issues at all. Brandon is very responsive host, appreciate his hospitality. It is a beautiful lake house. The lake is visible from front porch. It was wonderful experience sitting in front porch and enjoying the cool breeze. Everyone in my family loved this place. All the downtown attractions are hardly 20 min drive distance. This place is perfect for family vacation, hope to visit again!
