Had a wonderful time with our family of 11. Plenty of room for everyone to have personal space, but all be together for games, tv, outside play and meals. Beds were very comfortable. Had a great meal at the local Crab Trap, and an amazing day at Sargent beach! Made our yearly trip to the coast special and full of memories!

The house was nice and in a good location but I guess no one does a walk through before guests come? There was a mouse on one of the beds in the room straight to the right as you come in. Then the room on the other side of the living room had a roach on the floor right as you came through the door. Then the counter top was covered in rat droppings. I get just about any house has them I just feel a walk through before guests come would have avoided these concerns and would of made it more enjoyable. It raised health concerns and grossed out the guests.
