We stayed for a month to ski, and this was a great spot and exactly what we needed. 25 minutes from the mountain, plenty of space, a wide open kitchen and dining area for hanging out, a quiet street, and a lovely little back yard. Tom and Chelsea have everything labeled, so it's super easy to find stuff. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could want. They were extremely friendly and super responsive. Everything you want out of a host! All in all, this place is a gem. I would definitely recommend!!

This home was such a blessing to our family! It was well-stocked with everything we needed, plus a number of extras that made our stay even better, like a high chair for our infant, a soccer ball for our older kids and plenty of picture books and games for the whole family. Everything had a label, so things like cooking and serving utensils were easy to find. The pantry was well stocked with essentials and fridge with an ice maker. There were lots of options for coffee, grinder, drip, French press or pour over! Tom has instructions posted in various areas around the house that made landing a new place smoother. The home is in a great location, right across the street from a large park with a playground, and a 5-minute drive to downtown. The owner was very responsive during our stay and took great care of us. We will definitely look this up the next time we're in Sandpoint!

I would book this house again. It was very comfortable and was exactly as described. The owner was very gracious and timely in responding to questions. My grandchildren enjoyed using the bikes that were provided.

Wonderful place for a family reunion. Thoughtfully decorated and furnished with plenty of nice bedding. Generously stocked with condiments, spices, oils, a tea selection, pantry supplies of flour, sugar, canned goods, etc. I loved the big open kitchen. This home is close to the railroad track and lots of trains pass through during the night, which is very common all over Sandpoint. Also, it is right across the street from a very busy athletic field, and the soccer tournament started early each morning all weekend. Parking was somewhat challenging on the street for our guests. The house is quiet with the windows closed, and there is a nice back yard, also well furnished. The air conditioning system works very well. A lovely place to stay.
