Incredibly clean. When we arrived Lory told us the room we rented was incredibly cold and that the heater wasn’t working so she upgraded us to a larger unit. Very nice location and view of the water. The unit was so very clean.

Amazing views..host super responsive. Room was perfect. this was our third time at Lory's place and we love it more and more each time we go.

Overall we had a great stay at the Vineyard Harbor Motel, the location truly can’t be beat - especially if you are visiting without a car. The view is incredible and we really enjoyed watching the activity on the harbor! It’s clear that some updates and modernizing have already been done to this unit (nice floors, modern furnishings etc) but it could use more attention in the bathroom. For the rate a guest is paying, the bathroom should match the standard for the rest of the space - a fresh coat of paint, bath towel hooks and a nicer shower head would go a long way. I would also recommend adding some coat hooks in the main space - we had soaking wet raincoats and no where to hang them. Lastly, the shutters are great but a lot of light does still come in each morning (especially with the skylight) so adding some curtains would allow guests to darken the room for sleeping in. All this being said, we would absolutely stay here again, it’s still a good value for Martha’s Vineyard.
