Service was totally pathetic. Noone to greet us. Communication over a crackly intercom. Noone to ask anything. No parking out front as indicated because they were renovating (place was covered in scaffolding and dust) but no communication to this effect. Chipped paint and grubby doors. Grubbiest place we have stayed in UK. And one of the most expensive. Don't book! Shameful and disrespectful service. Terrible manners. No Hello. No sorry! So much noises there with many rubbish on the grounds and in the yard. Smelling disgusting feelings in the house with crowded stuffed. Used papers and hairs everywhere. As a result, we had to cancel and had to pay twice more expensive for another hotel. But the host refuse to refund us! And replied in a VERY rude way. This is totally unacceptable. Not recommended. I would not stay here again. 😒

Buena ubicación, cerca de la parada del bus. Desde la ventana del cuarto se puede ver Arthurs seat. Cuando necesité ayuda toqué el Ring Video Doorbell y me contestaron rápidamente. La ducha es un poco pequeña, pero todo estaba limpio. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas. Pasamos una buena estancia.
