We enjoyed our stay! The space was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to be close to El Yunque, Luquillo, and other great spots.

Carmen’s place is exactly the same as the pictures! One thing that was very convenient for us was the location of the house. All of the activities we did were nearby as well as gas stations, restaurants and convenience stores. Also Carmen has a washer and dryer so you don’t hang onto wet clothes as well as beach essentials and a beautiful back yard we didn’t get to enjoy due to timing. The rooms are also spacious and the ac cools you down after a long day out. We enjoyed staying at Casa Moderna very much. We definitely recommend it and would stay here again for sure!

Carmen and Chris were very welcoming and communicative from the start. Nearby restaurants and grocery stores made this an ideal home base. It’s also conveniently located near many main roads making it a good starting point for the many daily excursions we planned. The neighborhood is in transition with many newly remodeled modern homes. The home itself is beautifully modern and impeccably clean. The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and plenty of space. The air conditioners cooled the whole house in minutes after our daily tours of the island. The living areas are comfortable and modern with many options for electronic entertainment (TV, Netflix, Roku, Pandora, Spotify, etc.) The kitchen was just as useful and well appointed as the rest of the house. Bottom line is this home was welcoming, bright, comfortable and modern. It’s a great value for what is offered. Nice personal touches throughout without being fussy. Thanks for hosting us!
