OK so if we had booked the place before seeing it, we might not have proceeded due to it being right next to the main access road to the airport. However, the Villa is amazing and you were never aware of any noise when inside the Villa. Livatho is such a wonderful , considerate host who was very accommodating. The Villa is exceptionally well kept and clean with the most comfortable beds we have slept on in rented accommodation. It is very well equipped and furnished with clean linen and towels provided bs all the kitchen equipment you would ever need. The mini market backed on to the Villa so we just had to pop around for any shopping. We would thoroughly recommend the Villa and would be more than happy to stay there again in future.

Loved our stay here. Costa was a great host and had great advice for restaurants to go to. Also organised us a great driver to get about. I gave it 3 for location because apart from the mini market ( which is very convenient) there isn’t anything else in walking distance. But most things are only about a ten min drive which was fine for us. The pool is nicely done and the cats are very very sweet.

We stayed for 2 weeks. Lovely host, very helpful and friendly. Arrived to a welcome basket with snack, water, wine and ice. Place was very clean, with comfortable beds. Greal location for exploring the island.

Semeli art villa is located less than a 5-minute drive from Kefalonia airport. It is attached to a cute little mini-market called Tiritompa also owned by the host of the villa. I suggest typing in "Semeli art villa" when looking for directions as opposed to the address provided with the booking confirmation as that sends you to the wrong location. Semeli is tactfully situated between Svoronata and Argostoli. Tucked away from the potential hustle and bustle of the main strip but close enough that will have you in the main town in less than 10 minutes (driving). The villa boasts a beautiful sea view and skyline from the terrace that gives access to a beautifully well-maintained, pool, and garden area. The layout is well thought through with the master bedroom and living room giving access to the balcony, whilst the decor is tasteful and quaint. Our host provided more amenities than we knew what to do with. Welcome wine and snacks, bags of ice in the freezer, a washing machine with soap and so much more. The villas host is easy going and he bends over backward to make your time in Kefalonia as comfortable as possible. This is a place i see myself coming back to regularly and I know exactly where I'll be staying
