Really lovely stay .. thank you so much . Totally loved the wood burner .. put me back to being in the 70’s when there was NO central heating! A great eye opener for the kids. Great access to the yard and thank you for last minute hacks for the kids. Oh and the hot tub is to die for … especially with the random weather!

Host was responsive and house was lovely and warm on arrival as multi fuel stove had been prepared. The small garden area was enclosed, however there was a large ditch with black sludge running along the back which was a shame as we couldn’t let our dog off the lead as they would have been covered. The hot tub area is separate to the garden at the front of the house, but it was very private. Unfortunately the seated area by the hot tub was unusable as it had hot tub chemicals stored on it, but we still enjoyed the hot tub. Generally the house and garden area was a little tired. The house is heated by multi fuel stove or electric heaters which worked well, however the water pressure was very poor in the property. Shower worked fine, just not very much flow. The photos made the bunk bed room and kitchen appear larger than they were, but the kitchen was pretty well stocked, just no wine glasses! Easy access to the coast and lots of amenities nearby.

Lovely spot great for walking, with local dog friendly pubs. Hot tub relaxing and blazing coal fire sorted by Steve every evening was brilliant. Friendly hosts nothing to much trouble. Nearly adopted Doris the dog.

Thank you for a great stay 😊 Our grand daughter loved her weekend. Property has everything you need and pictures are an accurate reflection. Ste and Sarah are great hosts being warm, welcoming and accommodating. Some really nice touches with Ste making a real coal fire ready on your arrival and a large hot Spar on site for your use (which we all loved) . Property is really cozy, and ideally located to some great restaurants, pubs and bars. It is a working equestrian centre , and we booked a lesson for our grand daughter which was her highlight of the weekend. Emma took the lesson and she was great, even spent time after lesson to show our grand daughter how to de tack the horse. everyone is so friendly and relaxed . We loved our stay ❤ and would definitely come back .Thank you 😊
