It was a very private and relaxing place to stay. The house was warm and quiet and sitting on the deck, drinking a tea and listening to the river left me feeling completely rejuvenated when it was time for check out. The hosts gave me my privacy and were also there to answer any questions I had. I even listened to and watched a heard of elk walk by the property. There is a great little store down the way for amenities and it is a beautiful drive to Nelson. The end of the driveway leads you to two different trails, one across the bridge and one one the side I stayed on. I am very excited to come stay here again in the summer and go for a float down the river to crescent valley. The place to launch for floating is just outside of the cabin. I would highly recommend this gem of a place and will definitely be coming back for many more visits. Worth every penny. Thanks so much to the hosts!
