Good place. Walkeable to beach. Just over 20 minute walk to Tamarindo - we ended up walking one way and cabbing back most days. Place was quiet with older residents and guests if that's your preference. A slight confusion with a mention of key cards on instructions but there was no such thing. Friendly gate guard/security let's you in and out of the gated condo. Mostly well kept and clean except for the dirty garbage can and a few finger/grease prints near door handles of the master room. And the dishwasher didn't work. But overall a good place close to Tamarindo. We enjoyed our stay.

I have to say the location and the grounds of the complex were fantastic! Very walkable to town and beach (do note though that the beach there is not ideal for swimming). The condo itself needed work, faucets and outlets are coming out of the countertops and walls, dishwasher didn’t work leaving a grime all over the dishes and utensils, floors were not clean (as I found a toe ring plain as day in the middle of the living room floor when we arrived) windows and shower glass very streaky and just not clean. But, beyond all that, the pool was amazing, and the we loved the view and the sunsets from the balcony were incredible! The place could just use a little TLC!

The apartment is in an excellent location. It was so nice to just walk over to the beach. One morning we had the entire beach to ourselves! Langosta is a great alternative to Tamarindo. Much quieter and peaceful and perfect for families. The pool in the building was an added bonus. The apartment in itself is very spacious and clean and the washer/dryer was so helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!
