We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. It was clean, comfortable, and a welcomed respite after our busy days. Rigo went above and beyond to help us when we left something at the property. He was wonderful! I highly recommend the quiet location close to town and the gorgeous Playa Langosta beach. The beach club was also a fantastic perk. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Richard's place was fantastic! It was super close to Tamarindo and the food scene while also being just a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The gated neighborhood is beautiful and overall very peaceful and private. Richard was great to work with and was a great communicator and provided a lot of local recomendations! Thanks for such a great stay!

Our driver helped us find the home as most locals know places and can easily find an address, which is a bit different, that possibly someone from the US who is used to addresses in the states. Richard and assistant were helpful with giving directions on how to open, find the path the beach, how to use the code with a video and helpful with finding a golf cart ( Highly recommend a golf cart) ! The outdoor sitting area was perfect for morning coffee watching the monkeys before we headed to the beach about a 6 minute walk. the outdoor showers were interesting but refreshing. We felt very safe, met the neighbors and the place is minutes from many restaurants. We stopped by the grocery store prior to arriving which helped get settled quickly . The langosta beach club was a perk to go workout out when we wanted and the massages on the beach right off the path was a perk! we will definatley be back. Begin picky, Beds were a little hard but we adjusted..

We had an amazing stay! Access to the beach club came in handy as they provided towels and beach chairs. You are in walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants and tours. It was so nice to be in a clean space with lots of room. We would absolutely book Richard’s Airbnb again in the future!
