Kody's place made possible a priceless chance to travel with my family of 6, our dog, and all of my kids' grandparents. It's likely that was the only chance for all of us to take a trip together and we got to witness the total eclipse in the perfect location. My 3 year old kept trying to squirrel away her most prized belongings in baskets or drawers around the house to prevent us from leaving. Kody came through with great recommendations for bars/restaurants and we had a great time exploring the lovely town by foot.

Easy to find and check in. Perfect secure fenced yard for the fur babies after a long car ride. Very comfortable and clean in every room and easy access to gas, food, and convenience stores. There are frequent trains, but hardly a disturbance when sleeping. Host is very responsive and kind. Would likely stay here again next time we roll through!

Great stay in Vermillion!! Perfect meeting place for us between Pittsburgh and Michigan!! Super clean house and great fenced in backyard. The location is prime and we walked to town to eat and with the dogs. Close to train tracks but we didn’t mind at all- enjoyed watching them go by. Kody was extremely prompt, flexible and informative with his communication. We can’t wait for our next stay at this property— wil definitely be back!

We loved Kody’s house. It was stocked with everything we needed. It was nice to be able to walk to the downtown area with shops and restaurants. The beach was also just a 10 walk away. The dogs enjoyed the yard too. We especially liked that this rental had the most reasonable fees in town!
