Second floor three-bedroom apartment (B-1) with a beautiful ocean view. This apartment is tastefully furnished and in the sort after gated community of Hispaniola Beach in the heart of Sosua. The living area features ample seating, an eight (8) placement dining table, a 65” television, WiFi/cable throughout the apartment, A/C in all rooms, and the balcony has plenty of seating to view the ocean and mountains. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The master BR features a king size bed, 50” TV, a roomy closet, a balcony entrance, and the bathroom is equipped with double sinks, Jacuzzi, and a rain shower. The second and third BRs features queen size beds, 50” TVs, ample closet space, and separate full-size bathrooms with rain showers. The Hispaniola Beach property has 24-hours security and the Puerto Plata Airport is less than 15 minutes away! This apartment sleeps up to six people. In addition, our B-1 and B-2 apartments are right next to each other and together they can accommodate up to 10 people when rented together. Note: 1. Guest are responsible for their electric use. 2. Guest staying longer than 25-days are responsible for cable/WiFi. 3. Daily Cleaning services can be provided for an additional fee. The cleaning fee added to the price is an exit cleaning to clean the apartment to its ordinal condition after leaving. 4. No smoking inside the apartment. Illegal drugs are not permitted.

Had a great time place felt like home I would definitely book this place again. The place was well kept, clean cookware was like new the places was awesome. And I would also recommend Titus place to my friends and family. And this was my fourth trip to the DR and this was the cleanest place that I’ve stayed in.
My stay was awesome
Our family and I spent a week for New Year’s in Titus property. Everything was on point, description and photos are accurate. The property surrounding the apartment is extremely well kept and clean, a pleasure to walk around. Beautiful apartment and location on the beach with easy access to local restaurants. What stood out the most was how well organized Titus is and the regular communications I had with him from the reservation moment, the great suggestions of restaurants and things to do nearby and up to the departure process (he also had his local manager a phone call away). Check-in/out process were quick and seamless. Overall amazing experience with Titus and the property and my family looks forward to staying there again!
Wonderful 3 bedroom, well-appointed condo, situated in an excellent location, right on the beach and only minutes away from the center of town. Cleaning staff were excellent and friendly, and consistently courteous. Have your cameras ready because the views of the landscaping and beach are breathtaking. I'm aa repeat customer several times over and would strongly recommended a stay a Titus's condo.
Nice place great location.. Not happy that they charge seperate for electricity.. Most places all include it.
