Excellent accommodations in historic home. Very clean and cozy rooms. Welcoming host and delicious breakfast. Great location for exploring the town of Annapolis Royal. Would 100% stay again when back in the area.

Great bed and breakfast!! Like stepping back in time!! Was able to store our cooler bags items in a small fridge in dining room!! Used the sitting room to play games!!

Joseph’s place was superb! Beautiful interior and furniture. Joseph made us a nice breakfast and he even remembered the names of all his guests from the top of his head and introduced everyone to each other during breakfast! It was a great experience.

This home is an relaxing and unique experience, allowing you to live a night or two in Canadian history. Joseph was full of interesting details about the house and the era it was built in. Within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and tourist destinations. Would highly recommend it.
