This is a great place to explore Vancouver. It is within walking distance of Stanley Park and Coal Harbor. Having the private parking spot took away the trouble of looking and paying for parking. One word of caution: Saturday night someone threw a very loud party until 3:00 a.m. We used the AC to cover the noise, but it was very loud. Sunday and Monday nights were better, but it was hard to not get sleep the first night. Overall, we had a great stay

Great central location, very clean, kind and responsive host. The only thing is that you need the fob to enter the building and go up the elevator, so it can be challenging to travel in a group as there is only one fob. Besides that, this location is excellent and I highly recommend it.

The location was great. There are so many restaurants, cafe and shopping nearby. It was great that there is a park I was able to walk my dog to every morning. Downside was the shower curtain was molded, stained and had bad odor in one of the bathrooms. And there was no toilet paper in stock and we had to go buy some since the host wasn’t able to deliver till later in the afternoon. The communication with the host was always good though. At the last night one of the neighbors were having a part and they were screaming through the night. I understand that it could happen anywhere in the middle of the big city. We were there to enjoy great food and shopping so the location was perfect to accomplish the purpose.
