Lavinia und Fabrizio sind tolle, ehrliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Haus ist perfekt beschrieben und sehr gepflegt. Der Garten ist einzigartig und wunderschön, der Pool sauber und toll. In der Küche findet man alles was benötigt wird, eigentlich muss man das Grundstück nicht verlassen und hat einen tollen Urlaub. Wir waren vor drei Jahren lange in diesem Haus und sehen es im Herzen als unser Zuhause in Sizilien, danke Lavinia und Fabrizio für alles, wir werden regelmäßig wiederkommen. Über Nebenkosten, Kaution wurden wir persönlich aufgeklärt und es ist völlig fair mehr zu verlangen. Wen ich mehr verbrauche zahle ich mehr ganz normal und auch richtig. Danke ihr zwei für die schöne Zeit und bis bald ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Die Unterkunft war top, besonders hat uns der poolbereich inklusive chillarea gefallen. Die Küche war top ausgestattet, die Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Wir haben tolle Ferien verbracht. Die Villa ist ideal für Ausflüge ins Naturschutzgebiet, zum super tollen ewig langen Sandstrand ist es auch nicht weit. Balestrate hat sehr nette Restaurants, auch in Scopello kann man lecker Essen. Insgesamt eine tolle Villa - allerdings benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto.

My family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The place looked exactly like the pictures – clean, pretty, and in a beautiful location. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Alyssa house outdoor spaces are beautiful and a wonderful escape. The pool offers many relaxing areas which are utter paradise. However it comes with some negatives. We were asked for 1k security deposit 8 days before arrival via whats app, which we were not told about at time of booking and at check in we were informed that we had an allowance of daily electricity and water, if we went over we would be charged, we are a family of 5 so inevitably we went over and were charged an additional €100, again this wasn’t made clear on booking only at check in. Finally this house is not suitable for 6 adults as the 3rd “bedroom” is located within the 2nd bedroom, with absolutely no air-con. I’ve used Airbnb for years and feel very mislead with this transaction, it’s such a pity as the hosts are lovely people however I have an Airbnb property myself and would never ask for additional fees after booking, it’s underhand.
