Our extended family, ranging in age from 14 to 85 have just spent 18 days at Shanee Prana. The young ones loved the pool, tennis court, the massive squishy sofas and their own chill out area with tv. The oldies appreciated the large bathrooms and level surfaces and everyone loved the fabulous outdoor area with big square table and large, comfy chair- room for 8 people comfortably. The huge kitchen was very generously equipped with everything we needed to feed our big group and there were full size shampoo etc in every bathroom (which is unusual in Airbnb houses) The lovely cleaning lady visited twice, leaving the house immaculate. Not being allowed to wash the towels a bit strange, but we were left ample clean towels to use so not a problem. Rainforest location beautiful, every morning listening to the birds. Great house. Great communication with host and cleaning lady.

We've stayed at lots of lovely Airbnb homes. Lara's home tops them all. Starting with the stunning location, privacy, manicured grounds mountain views and abundance of local wildlife (Curlews, Kookaburras Sunbirds and stunning array of local butterfly species and so many more) the cleanliness (Rani 😍) fantastic saltwater pool, outdoor spaces and chill zones and the way the house itself makes you feel like your 'home' the moment you walk in. It's a place to relax, rejuvenate, repair and make wonderful memories you will cherish forever ❤️ Thank you so very much Lara. Love to you and your family. The property is very spacious and setup well to have larger groups. Unfortunately some of the furniture is not really setup for an Airbnb and we were told to be there extra careful with it, and we put blankets over the couches when we sat on them and made sure the tables were properly protected but there was still some dispute regarding a stain on the couch but we didn't take pictures of everything when we checked in so it's on us. I have rented many airbnbs in the past but this was first time I was expected to have the home cleaned before checkout. We put the dishes in the dishwasher but a couple of the trash cans in the bathrooms were not emptied so they demanded an extra fee for cleaning. We paid the "damages" bill without disputing it with the owner or Airbnb but just be aware. Also you should not rent this property if you are traveling with a group that has kids. If it's just adults it should be fine just keep in mind the rules are very strict and makes the stay that more stressful. We should have documented better on our end... when we checked in, the onsite manager gave us lots of rules and warnings regarding how to sit on and use the couch and dining table. It should have been a flag on our end to document everything better. Overall it still worked out okay as it allowed out large group to stay in one house.
