Very cozy and comfortable apartments in New Gudauri with private parking! In Gudauri it's the best apartments we stayed in. The only small negative was that there was no microwave. Very close to gondola - just 4-5 min walk. Nice restaurant "Gudaura" in the same building. Nino was very polite and hospitable! 100% good value for money.

Was a great space. Super clean, quiet and excellent location. A quick easy walk to ski lift or any of the restaurants, but tucked away to the side so you don't hear the music bumping really hard all night. I'm hoping it's still available when I return next year.

We’ve spent a great couple of days at Ninos place. Apartment is very well located, 2 min walk to ski rentals and ski lift. Close to bars and restaurants. Apartment was new & clean. Our host was super nice and friendly. Underground parking space was smt we did not expect and besides helpful, was a wonderful addition.
