Set off the main road the Blue House is serene. You can catch the sunrise from the kitchen window and enjoy a coffee on the deck. My pup loved running around the yard and we encountered our first bunny! Phyllis is very responsive and provided a seamless check-in!

The Blue House was a wonderful stay for us and our dog. The house was well decorated, had everything we needed and was so comfortable. Our dog loved the large outdoor space and we all felt right at home in the lovely kitchen and spacious living room. Phyllis was an excellent host and always very responsive and helpful. It was such a nice peaceful weekend. It was a great stay and we would definitely go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue House, especially our young pup who loved running around the huge fenced in yard! Phyllis was so lovely and communicative the entire time from booking to check out, and has so many thoughtful touches around the house to make the stay even more comfortable such as the toiletries and relaxing TV den area. The entire space feels very peaceful with woods/trees around the property, and inside is nice and cozy with eclectic artwork throughout. One of the best airbnbs we've stayed out, I would definitely recommend this to anyone, particularly those looking for a city escape with their dog!

We had a great time at Phyllis's place!! It was perfect for us and our dog. Our dog loved running around in the big yard in the back and we were happy with everything being fenced in. We loved being just 5 minutes away from the rail trail and we took our dog on hikes both days we were there. The house itself was well-equipped with everything. We were able to cook up some dinner using all the provided pots/pans/etc. and never felt like anything was missing. The house had plenty of space for us to use, the beds were comfortable, and all amenities that we expected were available. Phillis was great with communication for our stay. We will absolutely be back (with our dog)!

We loved our stay at the Blue House. Everything was exactly as described and we had plenty of room to spread out and make ourselves comfortable. The house was spotless and the amenities were above and beyond. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace—perfect for a snowy winter night. Our dog loved exploring the expansive, fully-fenced backyard. The house is beautiful with lots of character and charm. It’s a peaceful oasis for those seeking a retreat from city living. We hope to visit again soon!
