Our large group enjoyed our stay at Seth’s house! He’s a very responsive host. The fifth bedroom is more like a den right off the entrance, but it worked for our group of 8. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of essentials for the weekend. The property is beautiful. This is probably the cleanest pet friendly stay I’ve ever had.

My family of five had a fantastically relaxing experience at Seth’s listing! The kids all had their own space, and then could gather in a perfect communal room on the main floor to play our Xbox together. There was a large table in the dining room perfect for family board game night, and some ping pong & pool for the adults! The hot tub was great in the Winter, and we took advantage of the fire pit for s’mores despite the cooler weather. The listing is very close to Minnewaska State Park, which was a great place for an easy family hike to spot a beautiful waterfall. Very comfortable beds, huge soaker tub in the master bath, very clean, and plenty of room for the whole family!

We had a large group and felt very comfortable in this house. It is private and quiet out in that area but plenty of things to do nearby. My group really enjoyed live music at Lemon Squeeze New Paltz and hitting wineries in the local area ( Angry Orchard & Robibero). Hot tub and outdoor fire pit were enjoyable and very nice. The downside was one of the bedrooms downstairs has a queen and single bed but the single bed doesn’t seem like an actual bed so we couldn’t put someone there. Upon check-in we opened a pull out couch and there seemed to be something there belonging to a previous guest. I notified the host who responded quickly.
