The villa was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and wonderful people who were always there to help. Honestly a 10/10 experience. We will definitely visit again.

We had an amazing stay at the villa!the hosts are so friendly and loving and very helpful :) The villa is amazing, the perfect holiday destination in Mirissa because you don't have the heavy traffic and the garden feels like an oasis!

Прекрасный дом с отличными хозяевами. Мы приехали поздно ночью, но нас встретили хорошим гостеприимством. Вынесли сразу воды и показали территорию дома и сам дом. Угостили фруктами, а на утро приготовили завтрак. Завтраком на 4 человек можно накормить 6 человек как минимум. Дом после ремонта, все в отличном состоянии. Территорию постоянно убирают. Смотритель дома помогал по всем вопросам. В доме есть стиральная машина, чайник и холодильник. Присутствует парковка для мопедов и машины. До пляжа Мериссы 5км. До дикого пляжа 1км. Если вам не важно расстояние до пляжа и вы ездите на байках или машине, то это место идеально вам подойдёт!

The villa is just under a 10min tuk tuk from Mirissa. Drop a pin when you arrive to help direct the tuk tuk drivers as the road is easy to miss! We were welcomed with fresh papaya juice and friendly faces. The villa was immaculately clean and they had decorated the master bedroom with rose petals in a love heart. Aircon worked wonderfully. Shower was a little cold! Can't comment on TV as we didn't use the living area after spending all day on the beach. Swimming pool was lovely, small but nice for a dip after a hot day. The caretaker is such a lovely man. He stayed around but not intrusive. Always available to help if we needed. We used the washing machine one evening (free of charge) and when I got up to hang it out the next day he had already done it! We managed to wash a 1000 note which he honestly returned to us. He presented us with cake and gifts for the children on our last day. So lovely. My only negative would be that the WiFi wasn't very good, although our phones said we had signal it really didn't work. And the road is really easy to miss. Maybe a sign at the end of the lane might help? If you don't mind being off of the Mirissa hustle and bustle, this villa is amazing value for money. Really enjoyable stay.

This is a very high quality apartment especially for the price. We had a very comfortable night's sleep and our hosts were very accommodating. The rooms were very light and airy and the private swimming pool was amazing. Also we really appreciated the air conditioning and fans in the bedrooms! The bathrooms were very nice but had no hot water, there is also only soap provided and towels when asked. The location is a 10/15 minute tuk ride to Mirissa beach. Getting to the beach is easy enough, as the hosts will kindly arrange a tuk. However finding the place is quite difficult, as at the moment it's not on google maps and there are no road signs. Hopefully this will change soon, as this is still a very new property. We also had a problem with communication before arriving as we didn't have the exact address or phone number. But the host was very apologetic and hopefully this will be remedied for future guests. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend if you want a cheap/high quality room a little further out.
