Honestly, Paul's place is truly recommendable. The space is really confy, fully equipped, has a really great view with a lot of green around, located in a peaceful part of Berlin, but just 3 blocks away from all the transport that one might need to move around the city. He was an awesome host, provided clear indications, was chill AF when I asked questions. The place cost less than some other options that are several leagues underneath this place conforts. I won't hesitate to check right into this spot availability next time I'm around this awesome city.

Paul was great. Great communication and he had awesome suggestions for historical and cultural sites. The bed was nice and the couch was so comfortable. I napped like a baby on it and even slept on the couch one full night. His blankets were also super cozy and warm. The location is pretty far north of central Berlin but the ease of use and closeness of the schonholz Ubahn stop makes up for it big time! Riding the train is so easy. I was able to bop around from place to place no problem. For you history buffs like me, there is a soviet war memorial in walking distance of the house which I’d recommend checking out. I scoured the internet trying to find the best value for a private place in berlin with a private bathroom. You can’t do much better the Paul’s place. Great stay and host. Recommend!

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und man konnte flexibel einchecken. Die Nähe zum Bhf. Schönholz bietet ein gute Anbindung. Man hört die Züge vorbeifahren, was mich persönlich nicht gestört hat. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung. Vielen Dank!
